The Saman Group wanted a new bus design. This had to be carefully considered, as previous research showed that many people recognize the Saman Group by the buses they see on the road. Because the Saman Group has a large fleet, it also operates many buses.
They wanted to place a photo of a person on the bus to create a more accessible and friendly image. They also wanted a short list of Saman's key products, along with the website and phone number. The biggest challenge was keeping the Saman logo slanted on the bus, as with the old design, to ensure its recognizability. This limited the space available on the bus. After many sketches, a striking and colorful design emerged that is clearly visible on the road and still recognizable as a Saman bus.
